Fathom Experiment - Network Delays

You must install first the Fathom extension. If you have installed Fathom, make sure that you have enabled the Fathom API (Menu -> Add-ons -> Extensions -> Fathom -> Preferences -> Enable Fathom API for Regural Web Pages).
